  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field AND 5+ years talent acquisition experience
  • 2+ years formal or informal management experience
  • Experience managing complex business relationships and consulting hiring teams on recruiting strategies
  • Experience supporting cloud software or hardware client groups

  • Use data and metrics to advise on talent gaps and develop staffing processes and strategies
