Who you are

  • Experience in a support role in a large organisation
  • Industry qualifications on Linux & Kubernetes (Oracle, RedHat, AWS etc) highly desirable
  • Skills with Linux Systems Administration (Oracle / RedHat)
  • Experience supporting, maintaining Kubernetes clusters
  • Troubleshooting and performance tuning skills on both Linux & Kubernetes highly desirable
  • Well versed with networking protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, SSH

What the job involves

  • Support and troubleshoot Kubernetes based infrastructure globally
  • Respond to incidents and troubleshoot production issues
  • Interface with internal customers and provide feedback on improving platform stability
  • Work with Site Reliability Engineering team on full stack ownership of services
  • Manage end-to-end configuration and dependencies of production services
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues and coordinate production incidents
