Who you are

  • 10+ Years experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar
  • Experience working with customers to resolve technical and operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a Global cross-functional team environment
  • In-depth technical knowledge in Networking ETH/IB, UNIX/Linux, Storage Technologies, Cloud Technology, Backup and Recovery, AI/ML
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally
  • 24x7 availability for after-hours support

  • Managing complex client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels
  • Conducting business reviews and identifying opportunities for account growth
