- 10+ Years experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar
- Experience working with customers to resolve technical and operational challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a Global cross-functional team environment
- In-depth technical knowledge in Networking ETH/IB, UNIX/Linux, Storage Technologies, Cloud Technology, Backup and Recovery, AI/ML
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
- Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Ability to travel domestically and globally
- 24x7 availability for after-hours support
