Requirements
- Master’s degree in operations research data science optimization mathematics physics computer science or related technical field
- 3+ years’ experience in a technical field
- Experience solving real world optimization problems
- Strong Python programming skills with 2+ years experience
- Experience with version control such as Git
- Solid understanding of mixed-integer programming constraint programming and advanced heuristic techniques
- Experience writing technical content for adult learners
- Experience delivering instructor-led training in person and virtual
- Ability to collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving critical thinking and collaboration skills
Day to day
- Write new technical learning materials on quantum computing and optimization topics in collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts.
- Design and continuously improve curriculum, assessments, and learning experiences using feedback, performance data, and best practices.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training, workshops, and hackathons while supporting learners with setup, troubleshooting, office hours, and timely feedback.
