Requirements
- 5+ years in technical CS Solutions Engineering or Developer Support at a developer-first SaaS
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript and ability to read customer code
- Strong understanding of HTTP DNS TLS and proxies
- Experience running technical POCs and handling enterprise customer conversations
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers and decision-makers
- Strong written and spoken English C1 or above
- Experience with data-driven CS practices and rigor

Day to day
- Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through escalations and account growth
- Act as the main technical point of contact across chat Slack calls and enterprise sales conversations
- Debug broken integrations reproduce issues test APIs write samples and build internal automations
