  • 5+ years in technical CS Solutions Engineering or Developer Support at a developer-first SaaS
  • Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript and ability to read customer code
  • Strong understanding of HTTP DNS TLS and proxies
  • Experience running technical POCs and handling enterprise customer conversations
  • Ability to communicate clearly with developers and decision-makers
  • Strong written and spoken English C1 or above
  • Experience with data-driven CS practices and rigor
