Who you are

  • Technology related bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Linux and/or Unix operating systems
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a mission-critical environment (Operations, Technical Support, NOC etc)
  • Experience executing tasks under change management procedures
  • Experience resolving auto-cut and manual alarms following runbooks
  • A focus on customer satisfaction


What the job involves

  • Support OCI’s sovereign realms and partner with customer support and engineering teams to ensure high-quality service for global customers
  • Operate and perform maintenance for over 250 OCI services and monitor alerts to troubleshoot issues using runbooks
  • Complete change requests to enable new functionalities, maintain realm compliance, and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner
