  • Technology related bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts
  • 5+ years' experience in a mission-critical environment
  • Experience with change management procedures
  • Experience resolving auto-cut and manual alarms following runbooks
  • Focus on customer satisfaction


What the job involves

  • Support OCI's sovereign realms and ensure high-quality service for customers.
  • Partner with customer support, service owners, and engineering globally.
  • Perform maintenance for over 250 OCI services and monitor auto-cut alerts.
  • Complete change requests to enable functionality and maintain compliance.
  • Suggest process improvements and drive business impact via critical projects.
