Remote Senior Technical Project Manager Job in UK Kraken Digital Asset Exchange

Who you are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years experience working as a technical project manager or similar role, ideally within trading or finance
• 2+ years of experience working as a software engineer, software engineer in test or similar technical roles
• Proficient in utilizing project and workstream management tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Superset or SQL basics
• Serve as a Jira expert with a minimum of two years of experience in kanban project management or Agile methodologies
• Proven experience working with engineering teams in a project manager role
• Exhibit excellent communication skills
• Innately curious about system workings, demonstrating the ability to self-educate as needed
• Exceptional organizational skills and determination to drive projects to completion, adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities and deadlines with a data-driven mindset

What the job involves

• Partner with Engineering Managers and their teams to plan and execute initiatives
• Produce reports and extract insights from team data
• Lead mission-critical cross-domain projects from 0 to done
• Enable the team to achieve success by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies
• Participate in division-wide initiatives to align teams and foster best-practices
• Ensuring alignment with organizational goals
