Who you are

• Extensive experience in business analysis as well as Lead Business Analyst.
• Skilled in converting business requirements to technical functional requirements.
• Experience in logical data modeling and creating entity relationship diagrams.
• Experience in user stories and detailed gherkin acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of standard business analysis methods, tools, and techniques.
• Develop business level requirements using methods such as EPICS, Use Cases, User Stories, Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrices, Functional and Non-functional Requirements.
• Eligible for SC clearance.

What the job involves

• Lead requirements-related interactions with end-users and stakeholders outside the team and provide guidance and support to other team members.
• Work with end users and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements and break them down into lower-level requirements.
• Take a leading role in defining the requirements gathering and governance process.
• Investigate customer problems and opportunities using standard BA problem solving tools.
• Facilitate defining a technical solution and document this in a functional design.
• Lead the production of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports to improve requirements analysis processes.
