What the job involves

• Develop and maintain internal tools and interfaces to support various People & Culture processes
• Efficiently manage and organize data within these tools and platforms to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Collaborate with teams across different domains and competencies, such as Data & Analytics and Engineering, to optimize People workflows and resolve inefficiencies using technical solutions
• Implement integrations using REST and GraphQL APIs across multiple technology stacks
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, providing education and support as needed
• Create clear and user-friendly documentation for tools and processes developed
• Apply design-led methodologies to product delivery processes, including establishing usability and experience metrics to measure the impact of design on customers
