Requirements
- Strong customer-facing experience with excellent software troubleshooting skills
- Experience with software installation and database management including SQL Server and Oracle
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering IT Fashion Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with PLM or PDM solutions and cloud infrastructure

Day to day
- Provide responsive technical support to North America customers and resolve complex inquiries efficiently
- Investigate and troubleshoot software, database, and cloud infrastructure issues across varied customer environments
- Collaborate closely with R&D Services Cloud Operations and Pre-sales teams to fix bugs support timelines and maintain system availability
