Who you are

• Possesses over 8 years of experience in technical support roles
• Knowledgeable about Rocket Software products like ChangeMan ZMF SSM ZDD Comparex and StarTool
• Experienced with operating systems such as z/OS and Windows
• Skilled in using relational databases like IBM DB2/UDB Oracle Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
• Programming experience in REXX COBOL or PLI
• Capable of working after hours weekends and holds strong problem-solving and communication skills.

What the job involves

• Provides technical direction and leadership in the development and support of Rocket products
• Troubleshoots complex issues to aid in resolving problems either directly for customers or to provide guidance to the development team
• Serves as a technical subject matter expert across multiple products
• Assists and mentors junior team members in problem-solving and implementation of solutions.
