Who you are

• Technical Skills for HCM Cloud Talent Management Technical Support
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Learning, Recruiting, and Absence
• Experience with a ticketing system like My Oracle Support and JIRA
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting employee data and functional related issues
• Knowledge of HCM Cloud security setup, including roles and privileges
• Advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases
• Experience in filtering and updating complex technical knowledge for use in problem resolution
• 7 years experience with Oracle Core products or 8 years experience with Applications products
• BS in Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with 3.0 GPA or equivalent experience

What the job involves

• Provide excellence in customer service support
• Track-incidence, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases

• Work on weekends and multiple shifts on rotation basis
• Lead customer meetings and peer-level discussions for customer issues
