Requirements
- 5+ years of technical writing experience with a strong portfolio of developer-focused content
- Hands-on expertise with Java Kubernetes Helm Docker and related technologies
- Proven ability to understand and use complex technical products ideally Camunda 8 or similar
- Experience writing about AI concepts including LLMs RAG MCP and agentic orchestration
- Ability to tailor content for software engineers application developers business analysts and process owners
- Experience with Docs-as-Code workflows and documentation frameworks such as Docusaurus
- Comfort using Git and Markdown in a developer-centric environment
- Ability and/or willingness to use the product

Day to day
- Own and drive documentation for one or more product areas as the embedded writer within product teams
- Work closely with engineers product managers and designers to keep documentation accurate timely and aligned with development
- Become a subject matter expert through hands-on use of the product and create clear developer-focused content for real-world usage
- Lead documentation from concept through release including planning writing reviewing and maintaining content that supports developer success
- Advocate for documentation as part of the user experience and improve content structure clarity and completeness using analytics and feedback
- Collaborate with other writers and the broader Documentation team to share best practices and evolve tools and standards
