Remote Senior Technical Writer Job in EMEA Coder

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience writing software documentation, both for new products and with existing materials
• 3+ years of experience working with DevOps tooling such as observability platforms, Ci/Cd providers, cloud providers, infrastructure as code platforms, etc.
• A background in web development, system administration, or other software engineering disciplines is a plus
• Experience writing for both open-source communities and enterprise IT teams is advantageous.

What the job involves

• Defining, implementing, and enforcing an information architecture for our product documentation
• Collaborating with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to write monthly changelogs and documentation for new features
• Continuously creating and updating documentation based on feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and website analytics
• Providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on expanding the footprint of technical writing at Coder.
