Requirements

Day to day
- Maintain and improve iwoca's internal Handbook so it is clear well structured and widely useful across the company
- Run documentation migration projects end to end by scoping content securing stakeholder buy in and delivering structured improvements
- Work with teams new to Git and help them adopt Handbook practices while setting standards for new products and departments
- Mentor another technical writer by reviewing work sharing approaches and modelling independent project ownership
