- 8+ years of technical writing experience or equivalent in a related role
- Experience managing content across complex multi-product or multi-service environments
- Experience with AI-driven content workflows and tooling

- Portfolio or samples showing ability to structure manage and deliver technical content

Day to day
- Own documentation for multiple CRM product areas and deliver monthly updates in a fast-moving product ecosystem
- Use AI tools and automation to improve documentation quality speed and efficiency while keeping content accurate and customer-friendly
- Support multimedia content such as video and eLearning and help improve documentation workflows websites and content structure
- Build strong partnerships with product engineering and other stakeholders and collaborate closely with fellow writers during review cycles
