Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant business area OR equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Customer Insight Journey solutions.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio including AI-driven project development and automation implementation.
• Consulting and Implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focused on the Customer Engagement (CE) platform.

Desirables

• Delivery Management certification
• Technical certifications e.g. Azure, Security, Dynamics
• 5+ years leadership experience
• 3+ years supporting CRM or ERP tool integrations with Azure
• 3+ years of Enterprise Commercial Consulting experience
• Consulting and Implementation experience with MS Dynamics 365
• 2+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience

What the job involves

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide industry and technical input during the pre-sale process.
• Support proposal and statement of work drafting and give input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery.
• Engage customers to understand and define requirements, communicate business value, identify risks, and propose mitigations.
