Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience
3+ Enterprise Commercial Consulting experience
3+ years Consulting and Implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focused on the Customer Engagement platform
2+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience, requirement gathering and implementation of the Power Platform suite
Desirables
Delivery Management certification
Technical certifications based on domain/service line
5+ years leadership experience
3+ years supporting Customer Relationship Management or Enterprise Resource Planning tool integrations with Azure services
What the job involves
Collaborates with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input
Supports drafting proposals and/or statement of work (SOW)
Uses business, industry, and technology strategies to map customer/partner requirements to the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions
Engages others appropriately to understand and define customer requirements
Acts as an ambassador in the consumption of intellectual property (IP) by leveraging and/or modifying existing IP or creating repeatable content where applicable
Identifies opportunities to expand or accelerate the adoption and consumption of the cloud and Microsoft technologies
