Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 3+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience
3+ Enterprise Commercial Consulting experience
3+ years of Consulting and Implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focused on the Customer Engagement (CE) platform
2+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience, requirement gathering and implementation of the Power Platform suite
Desirables
Delivery Management certification
Technical certifications based on domain/service line
5+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business
3+ years supporting Customer Relationship Management or Enterprise Resource Planning tool integrations with Azure services
What the job involves
Collaborates with internal stakeholders in the pre-sale process by understanding business requirements and providing industry and technical input and/or solution offerings to help shape the deal
Supports drafting proposals and/or statement of work (SOW). Provides input on staffing and skill requirements for delivery to Resource Deployment, Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs), and/or Project Managers
Uses business, industry, and technology strategies to map customer/partner requirements to the adoption and optimization of Microsoft technology solutions
