Requirements
- Experience leading technical projects across multiple technologies and platforms
- Experience scripting using APIs and automating repetitive tasks
- Comfort working in ambiguity and managing many priorities at once
- Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Experience supporting managing and deploying applications to macOS Windows iOS and Android devices
- Understanding at the API level of MDM systems and principles
- Experience with modern IAM systems including Okta Microsoft Entra JumpCloud or PingIdentity
- Experience troubleshooting SSO technologies such as OAuth OIDC and SAML and provisioning technologies such as SCIM
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical senior stakeholders
- Experience mentoring less experienced team members

Day to day
- Shape the direction of a small and lean TechOps team, defining practical standards and sustainable ways of working
- Lead complex technical projects across identity, device management, automation and SaaS tooling while balancing security, productivity and user experience
- Support day-to-day technical issues across the business, mentor teammates, and improve processes that scale globally without unnecessary complexity
