Requirements
- Systems-thinking mindset with multi-discipline collaboration experience
- Experience delivering engineering design solutions including technical governance (fluid systems design desirable)
- Ability to communicate complex information compellingly to stakeholders
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with minimal supervision
- Model and instil strong safety behaviours
Day to day
- Lead design of thermal-hydraulic or mechanical test rigs on time and cost
- Deliver engineering outputs through gated reviews, develop solutions meeting project requirements
- Engage with stakeholders from concept stages to detailed design and implementation
