Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Required member of any State Bar in good standing
- 5-7 years of relevant law practice experience
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial transactions including long-term master purchase agreements
- Required experience in construction industry or solar industry is a plus
- Experience in trade issues is a plus
- Strong ethics and impeccable integrity
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-starter with a curious adaptable mindset
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Outlook Word Excel and Litera or similar redline software
- Fluent in English written and oral
- Travel as required

Day to day
- Draft, review, negotiate, and amend a wide variety of commercial agreements for domestic and international solar module transactions.
- Advise senior management on legal implications, manage legal risk, and ensure compliance with company policy and U.S. laws.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and affiliates to support business transactions and resolve complex legal issues.
- Research statutes, case law, and regulations affecting transactions while monitoring legislative developments.
- Manage outside counsel and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals while providing day-to-day support to the General Counsel.
