Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Structural or Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years of transmission line engineering or power delivery engineering experience
- Proven ability to lead complex multi-discipline high-voltage projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Expert-level proficiency with PLS CADD PLS Pole and PLS Tower
- Comprehensive knowledge of NESC ASCE IEEE and utility standards
- Experience mentoring engineers and conducting technical QA reviews
- Willingness to participate in field work site walks and occasional travel
- Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Revit AutoCAD and Inventor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and lead others

Day to day
- Lead high-voltage transmission line engineering from concept through construction support
- Develop and review transmission line models and design deliverables using PLS CADD and related tools
- Coordinate with structural and substation teams mentor engineers and serve as the main technical contact for clients and regulators
