Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with structural and foundation focus or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in the design of steel wood and concrete structures and foundations
- Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD PLS-TOWER and PLS-POLE
- Ability to independently work through individual projects and contribute to broader projects
- Accuracy and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Day to day
- Design high voltage transmission lines from 69kV through 765kV using strong structural engineering methods and practical utility standards
- Prepare calculations drawings construction documents engineering estimates and technical evaluations for construction projects with accuracy and care
- Develop and maintain design standards material specifications construction standards and engineering practices while supporting construction needs and mentoring team members
