Requirements

  • UK Law degree is mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years experience in private UK immigration casework
  • Experience with Skilled Worker EUSS Family visas Global Talent and Naturalisation
  • Proven track record of supervising or mentoring junior staff
  • Business development or client relationship experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise multiple complex cases
  • Proficiency in CRM and case-management systems Gmail Google Docs and office software
  • Self-driven proactive and committed to continuous professional development

Nice to have

  • Immigration accreditations
  • Brazilian Portuguese fluency
  • High-volume caseload experience

Day to day

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of UK immigration cases and ensure deadlines and service targets are met.
  • Review amend and approve key legal documents including Client Care Letters visa applications supporting statements and legal representations.
  • Mentor junior caseworkers paralegals and administrative staff while supporting client relationships and business development.
