Extensive knowledge and applied experience with diverse research methods
In-depth experience with user experience design and product development processes
Expertise with various qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including interviews panels immersion programs ethnographic field research usability testing and heuristic evaluations

What the job involves
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop world-class end-to-end features addressing financial challenges for customers
Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods including surveys focus groups field studies usability tests and 1:1 interviews
Conduct research independently to help product and design teams build the right Commerce experiences for customers
Define and inform product roadmap through insights from generative and evaluative research
Analyze user behavior through in-depth interviews ethnographic research surveys contextual inquiry card sorting usability studies and other methodologies
Evaluate product design to better serve customers focusing on user experience and identifying growth opportunities
Advocate for customer needs through storytelling writing visual and verbal communication to build empathy
Develop programs that disseminate research findings across the organization ensuring customer-centric strategic initiatives
Create deep partnerships with cross-functional teams to deliver insights inform strategy and drive prioritization
Collaborate with Design Product Management Growth Marketing and Engineering teams to integrate research into product development
