Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years of relevant experience
- 12+ years in business operations strategic planning finance and executive leadership
- Senior leadership experience in a scaling technology company
- Experience building finance and operations functions systems controls planning and reporting
- Experience managing legal matters through outside counsel and commercial contracting
- Fluency in SaaS growth metrics and Board-level financial reporting
- Experience supporting venture financings including convertibles and priced equity rounds
- Track record of capital efficiency and responsible scaling
- Ability to lead through influence across finance operations people legal and technology

Day to day
- Lead the Finance & Operations organization and build the systems that help the company scale
- Oversee business operations finance administration legal compliance and people operations with a hands-on player-coach approach
- Partner with the CEO President and cross-functional leaders to translate strategy into operating plans financial discipline and efficient execution
- Own board investor and capital strategy activities including reporting fundraising support and runway planning
- Prepare the company for growth and corporate development through strong governance diligence readiness and operational excellence
