Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- 1–2 years in a lead senior or strategic role
- Proven track record managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment
- Experience owning SEO strategy end-to-end
- Strong command of technical SEO including crawlability indexation site architecture and Core Web Vitals
- Solid understanding of content strategy and authority link building frameworks
- Proficiency with Ahrefs Semrush Screaming Frog or equivalents
- Ability to prioritize and build SEO roadmaps tied to measurable business outcomes
- Familiarity with GA4 and GSC for performance monitoring and reporting
- Deep understanding of how technical content and authority pillars interact
- Clear communicator able to translate SEO complexity into actionable recommendations
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency
Day to day
- Own SEO strategy across technical, content, and authority pillars for a multi-client portfolio.
- Step into priority accounts and directly execute high-impact SEO work with confidence and speed.
- Partner with leadership to define standards frameworks and delivery systems that strengthen consistency scale and retention.
