Requirements
- Proven track record in technical and strategic SEO, not just content or link-building
- Hands-on experience with keyword research and competitive gap analysis tools such as Ahrefs Semrush or equivalent
- Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals including schema structured data meta tags canonicalization crawlability and Core Web Vitals
- Working knowledge of AEO GEO and how AI answer engines surface and cite content
- Experience working directly with a dev or engineering team to scope ticket and ship SEO fixes
- Comfortable owning both strategy and reporting with the ability to show leadership real numbers
- Strong English communication and comfort working asynchronously across multiple time zones

Day to day
- Own the search growth layer across classic SEO and AI search visibility for a real estate lead-generation marketplace.
- Build and prioritize a keyword strategy for buyer-intent niche terms and map competitor opportunities.
- Improve technical SEO foundations, shape high-intent commercial pages, and drive dev-ready fixes through to shipment.
