Who you are

  • Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in SEO management with a focus on e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices including on-page off-page and technical SEO
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs or Moz
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in keyword research competitive analysis and content optimization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript is a plus
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with external partners
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with SEO industry trends and adapting strategies to meet the latest changes in search engine algorithms

What the job involves

  • In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to explore and experiment with a variety of SEO strategies, gaining valuable insights along the way.
  • You will work with three distinct brands across diverse categories, allowing you to apply your expertise in unique and dynamic ways.
  • Collaborate with the Head of D2C Marketing to develop and execute SEO strategies focused on traffic, rankings, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct on-page SEO audits and optimize content, metadata, and linking structures.
  • Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to optimize content.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements with web developers.
  • Work with content creators to produce and optimize SEO-friendly content.
  • Develop and manage link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles.
  • Track SEO performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and stay updated on SEO trends and algorithm changes.
