Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- At least 2 years managing or mentoring SEO team members
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Strong local SEO and technical SEO expertise
- Experience with Google Business Profile management at scale
- Familiarity with GA4 Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
- Advanced use of SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush or Screaming Frog
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage client-facing SEO strategy calls and escalations
- Availability for client calls during US business hours
- Must be able to work from one of the eligible US states for W-2 status
