Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
8+ years of experience in SEO, social media management, and digital analytics
Proven track record of driving successful SEO and social media campaigns
Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) and social media platforms (Sprout or Hootsuite)
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of content marketing strategies, including content creation, curation, distribution, and optimization for SEO and social media
Ability to use data to create actionable insights, develop reports, and drive strategic decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences across various channels
Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive conversions
Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, from data analysis to content creation and campaign execution
Desirables
Experience with PPC advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Orchardcore web development
