Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with ownership of keyword strategy on-page optimization and technical SEO execution
- Proficiency with Ahrefs or Semrush for keyword research site audits and rank tracking
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
- Experience identifying and resolving technical SEO issues including crawl errors duplicate content redirect chains structured data problems and Core Web Vitals failures
- Experience writing or editing content briefs and collaborating with content development and compliance teams
- Working knowledge of HTML sufficient to understand page structure identify technical issues and communicate fixes clearly
- Experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus

Day to day
- Own day-to-day organic search execution across multiple websites, driving visibility and long-term traffic growth.
- Lead keyword strategy and content mapping, translating search intent and business value into actionable SEO priorities.
- Perform technical and on-page SEO optimizations, audit site health, and partner with development and content teams to implement improvements.
