Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience with ownership of keyword strategy on-page optimization and technical SEO execution
- Proficiency with Ahrefs or Semrush for keyword research site audits and rank tracking
- Working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
- Experience identifying and resolving crawl errors duplicate content redirect chains structured data problems and Core Web Vitals failures
- Experience writing or editing content briefs and working cross-functionally with content development and compliance teams
- Working knowledge of HTML sufficient to understand page structure and communicate fixes to developers
- Experience in a regulated industry is a strong plus

Day to day
- Own keyword strategy and content mapping across multiple websites to improve organic visibility and long-term traffic
- Execute on-page SEO improvements on landing pages blog posts and product pages including metadata headers internal linking and content structure
- Perform technical SEO audits and partner with development to fix crawlability indexation page speed Core Web Vitals schema and site architecture issues
- Develop clear content briefs and coordinate with content development and compliance teams to publish optimized regulatorily compliant pages
- Monitor organic performance and algorithm updates to identify ranking changes traffic shifts and content gaps that need action
