Apex Systems is looking to hire a Server And Application Monitoring Analyst (Tier 1). This position is 100% Remote East Coast 3rd shift hours (overnight). 
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder! No C2C, No 3rd party vendors! Must work on our Apex W2! 
Job Responsibilities: Provide 24/7 incident handling and monitoring Respond to and escalate critical incidents based on alert activity or user request Respond to and take action on ServiceNow service requestsInitiate triage, troubleshooting and validation of critical events 
Must haves: Previous Splunk experience (troubleshooting) AWS cloud experience ServiceNow Ticketing systemMust have previous experience working in an operations center for at least 2 years.
