Who you are

  • 3+ years of development or technical support experience
  • Experience with API and SDK integration
  • Proficient in Linux PHP HTML JavaScript CSS XML MySQL and Shell scripting
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and implementing Web technologies
  • Familiarity with Amazon cloud technologies
  • Skilled in problem-solving and customer communication
  • Ability to handle on-call activities on a rotational basis
  • Proactive and eager to take on responsibilities with finesse
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

What the job involves

  • Research and diagnose complex software issues raised by clients/members
  • Triaging alert/exception conditions raised by our Operations teams
  • Develop and implement SQL queries to help investigate and analyze issues
  • Review error logs and database content to determine problem causes
  • Document and implement workaround solutions where possible
  • Document steps to reproduce issues for internal and external resources
  • Create and manage production/staging support tickets
