  • Experience in an IT Solution Provider or MSP environment
  • Microsoft AZ-104 certification or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Strong working knowledge of VMware
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online or on-premises
  • Strong working knowledge of Intune
  • Strong working knowledge of Conditional Access
  • Strong working knowledge of Storage or SAN
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong self-management and workload prioritisation skills

Day to day
