Requirements
- 4+ years in a similar role
- Experience in an IT Solution Provider or MSP environment
- Microsoft AZ-104 certification or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Strong working knowledge of VMware
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong working knowledge of Exchange Online or on-premises
- Strong working knowledge of Intune
- Strong working knowledge of Conditional Access
- Strong working knowledge of Storage or SAN
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong self-management and workload prioritisation skills

Day to day
- Provide first-line and escalation support for incidents and service requests across Azure and on-premises environments
- Own major incidents from triage through resolution and post-incident review, with a strong focus on calm, accurate communication
- Review changes, produce documentation and runbooks, and drive lasting fixes through root cause analysis and continual improvement
