Requirements
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- 10–15 years of experience in HVAC building controls energy engineering or FDD
- Skilled in solving problems with data visualizations and analytics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Autonomous self-directed and comfortable managing client relationships without close supervision
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems mechanical sequences of operation and BAS documentation
- Experience with multiple BAS systems and protocols such as BACnet and Modbus
- Experience with FDD automated commissioning and performance measurement
- Mechanical electrical or related technical degree or equivalent experience
- US-based and comfortable in a remote-first client-facing role

Day to day
- Own a portfolio of technical accounts and deliver consistent service outcomes while balancing competing priorities.
- Lead complex diagnostic reviews across HVAC, controls, central plants, air handling units, and BAS systems, then translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Build trusted client relationships, support account growth, mentor junior engineers, and share feedback to improve service delivery and product workflows.
