Day to day
- Install and configure new ServiceNow products across SAM HAM CMDB ITSM ITOM and AI Control Tower.
- Develop configure and optimize ServiceNow capabilities to support PI planning and enterprise asset goals.
- Improve asset visibility data accuracy and lifecycle tracking to strengthen governance audit readiness and risk mitigation.
