What the job involves

  • Gathering customer requirements
  • Creating presentations and conducting product demos
  • Building proofs of concepts
  • Responding to RFPs
  • Documenting Proposals and Statements of Work
  • Estimating ITSM CSM ITOM and SPM related packages of work
  • Facilitating discovery workshops to understand customers business challenges
  • Conveying requirements to technical teams
  • Creating Epics and Features assessing complexity and steering delivery team in the right direction
  • Aligning development with requirements both internally and with 3rd parties including offshore suppliers
  • Demonstrations to deliver technical and commercial arguments for proposed solutions
  • End to end ServiceNow Sales and workshops
  • Identify and advice on key client changes for internal processes and current technology
  • Management of existing technical teams including performance reviews
  • Contributing to the development and growth of the ServiceNow practice.
