Requirements
- Develop consumer-focused shopper marketing strategies aligning with overall business goals driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Lead commercial business plans development and execution with sales teams
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing including retailer media, digital strategy, creating digital assets, and increasing CTAs on retail sites
- Provide omni experience regardless of shopping medium
- Lead instore communication incorporating shopper insights to drive POS engagement
- Develop integrated shopper plans based on insights and growth opportunities
- Drive alignment with Sales, Brand Teams, and Retailers for strategy implementation
- Manage agencies, printers, and vendors including briefing and asset development
- Manage Customer Marketing budget and lead post-campaign analysis
- Partner with internal teams for timely and budget-compliant project completion
- Build relationships with external partners including agencies, media outlets, and vendors

Day to day
- Develop and execute strategies delivering rich experiences at POS both online and instore for Zesty Paws and Solid Gold brands
- Create, sell, and execute annual plans prioritizing and optimizing investments across all shopper touchpoints
- Collaborate with external stakeholders including retail partners and agencies as well as internal partners in Sales, Shopper Market Insights, Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
