Requirements

  • Develop consumer-focused shopper marketing strategies aligning with overall business goals driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
  • Lead commercial business plans development and execution with sales teams
  • Expertise in omnichannel marketing including retailer media, digital strategy, creating digital assets, and increasing CTAs on retail sites
  • Provide omni experience regardless of shopping medium
  • Lead instore communication incorporating shopper insights to drive POS engagement
  • Develop integrated shopper plans based on insights and growth opportunities
  • Drive alignment with Sales, Brand Teams, and Retailers for strategy implementation
  • Manage agencies, printers, and vendors including briefing and asset development
  • Manage Customer Marketing budget and lead post-campaign analysis
  • Partner with internal teams for timely and budget-compliant project completion
  • Build relationships with external partners including agencies, media outlets, and vendors

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders including retail partners and agencies as well as internal partners in Sales, Shopper Market Insights, Brand Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, and Analytics
