Who you are

  • Experience with Siebel and eBusiness Suite architectures
  • Proven written communication skills, including documentation and diagrams
  • Knowledge of Siebel CRM and/or EBS on Linux/Windows, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or other cloud providers
  • Experience in troubleshooting, monitoring, and tuning the Java VM, including knowledge of JDK
  • Practical knowledge of Linux containers, Kubernetes, Python, Git, or related technology
  • Understanding of DevOps and GitOps
  • Experience in platform migrations and upgrades


What the job involves

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customer systems and needs to ensure Oracle solutions remain optimal
  • Devise and govern implementation architectures for complex Oracle deployments
  • Assure stability, availability, and performance of critical applications focusing on Siebel CRM and eBusiness Suite
  • Guide projects through clear and effective communication across all mediums
  • Act as technical governance on product upgrades and migrations to alternative platforms, including Cloud technology
