Requirements
- MSc in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or a related discipline
- 10+ years' experience developing modelling or validating DSP algorithms
- Strong experience with MATLAB and proficiency in C++ and/or Python
- Excellent understanding of digital communications and signal processing concepts
- Experience building modular simulation and automated test frameworks
- Strong analytical debugging and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Develop and maintain automated system-level test environments for advanced DSP algorithms.
- Design simulation frameworks to evaluate algorithm performance across diverse operating conditions.
- Create robust test scenarios stress tests and fault-injection methods to uncover performance limitations.
- Work collaboratively with algorithm software and hardware engineers to define validation strategies and performance targets.
- Analyse simulation results investigate issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Produce clear technical documentation covering test methodologies assumptions and validation results.
