Day to day

  • Support assigned clients throughout their matchmaking journey with empathetic guidance and professional communication.
  • Host Welcome Meetings, post-match feedback sessions, and other live Zoom meetings to deliver a polished client experience.
  • Search candidate databases thoroughly, vet potential matches carefully, and maintain accurate systems and dashboard management to meet match goals.
