Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering degree
- 2+ years of experience with creating MATLAB & Simulink plant models that run in real-time simulation hardware
- 2+ years of experience programming with LabVIEW and NI tools
- 2+ years of experience with design and modification of simulation test systems
- 2+ years of experience with test engineering and test design using simulation
Desirables
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of experience with creating MATLAB & Simulink plant models
- 5+ years of experience programming with LabVIEW and NI tools
- Experience with high voltage batteries
What the job involves
- Developing state-of-the-art simulation systems for automotive validation testing
- Creating or updating simulation models
- Configuring and updating existing test systems like dSpace and National Instruments simulators
- Developing new test systems for emerging automotive technologies
