- 6+ years experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related roles
- Strong understanding and experience in operating Kubernetes clusters
- Proficiency in database concepts and hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- In-depth knowledge of Linux systems, Terraform, and AWS/GCP
- Solid understanding of observability practices and tools
- Automation mindset with scripting languages like Python or Bash
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
