Who you are

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Beauty/Aesthetics industry as a therapist or training manager.
• NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent in beauty therapy; advanced training preferred.
• Strong experience in retail training and delivering exceptional treatment experiences.
• Proficient with IT tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
• Must hold a UK driving licence.
