Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Beauty/Aesthetics industry as a therapist or training manager.
- NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent in beauty therapy; advanced training preferred.
- Strong experience in retail training and delivering exceptional treatment experiences.
- Proficient with IT tools such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills required.
- Must hold a UK driving licence.

Day to day
- Deploy engagement activities across social media.
- Organize and deliver training across the London region.
- Conduct virtual skin consultations for the Harpar Grace portfolio.
- Manage and conduct VIP treatment days.
- Develop content for social media platforms and remote training.
- Network across account channels to enhance brand penetration and reputation.
