Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in the Beauty/Aesthetics industry as a therapist or training manager.
  • Trained therapist with NVQ Level 3/City & Guilds or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong experience in retail training and presenting confidently to accounts.
  • Proficient with CRM systems including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • UK driving licence required.

Day to day

  • Conduct skin consultations and introduce treatment experiences.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions across the Northern region.
  • Create high-quality content for social media.

  • Network widely to boost brand penetration and uphold its esteemed reputation.
