Who you are

• A strong passion for soccer and a deep understanding of the game.
• Previous experience in Scouting, Coaching, or Playing Soccer at a competitive level is preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• A strong network within the UK Football Community (clubs, academies, schools, etc.) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to attend matches and events.

What the job involves

• Attend local matches, tournaments, and/or training sessions to scout promising soccer players for potential scholarships and recruitment by US College Soccer Programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with players, coaches, clubs, and academies to stay informed about emerging talent.
• Assess players' skills, athleticism, and potential, and provide detailed scouting reports to our recruitment team.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to recommend players who meet the academic and athletic requirements for US College Soccer programs.
• Participate in regional scouting events and showcase tournaments to identify top prospects.
• Offer guidance to players and their families on the US College Soccer recruitment process.
